Beef Stew
Ingredients

1 lbs stew meat

2 cups beef or vegetable broth

1 onion chopped
-
3 - 6 cubed russet or red skin potatoes
-
carrots (to desired amount)
-
green pepper (optional ; to desired amount
-
salt to taste
-
pepper to taste
-
garlic (powder or fresh) to taste (1 tbsp)
Directions
-
brown stew meat in pot
-
drain fats if needed
-
add stock and spices
-
bring to boil
-
reduce heat
-
simmer 1 hr
-
add veggies
-
simmer until veggies are tender
can use hamburger if formed into meatballs
