Fish and Chicken Piccata Sauce (Lemon Caper)
Ingredients

2 tablespoons capers

1/2 cup white wine
-
1 lemon, juiced

1 tablespoon butter
Directions

add capers, wine, lemon juice to pan on medium high heat

heat until liquid reduced by half
-
stir in butter
-
season with salt and pepper to taste
