Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry amaranth
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  • toast amaranth (optional)
  • add water and amaranth to small pot
  • bring to boil
  • reduce to simmer
  • simmer, lid off, for 25-30 minutes (until water gone)

  • tastes good with honey
  • tastes good with maple syrup
  • tastes good with fruit
