Directions

1. Foil line a baking sheet that has a lip
2. Layout the bacon so there is no overlap – the sides can touch
3. Place pan in cold oven. Do NOT pre heat
4. Set oven to 400F
5. Bake 15-30 mins
6. Check at 15 & 20
7. If past 20 mins, check every few minutes. Bacon will go from ‘close’ to ‘done’ within a few minutes
