Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground red meat (beef/bison/venison)
  • 16oz (1 can) dark kidney beans ; drained + rinsed
  • 16oz (1 can) light kidney beans ; drained + rinsed
  • 15oz (1 can) petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup (campbells)
  • 1 can water ; use soup can to measure
  • 1 large onion ; chopped
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup chili powder (to taste / desired spice)
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. brown beef with onion
  2. drain fats
  3. add remaining ingredients
  4. bring to boil
  5. reduce heat + simmer 45 - 60 mins
