Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground red meat (beef/bison/venison)
- 16oz (1 can) dark kidney beans ; drained + rinsed
- 16oz (1 can) light kidney beans ; drained + rinsed
- 15oz (1 can) petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can condensed tomato soup (campbells)
- 1 can water ; use soup can to measure
- 1 large onion ; chopped
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup chili powder (to taste / desired spice)
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- brown beef with onion
- drain fats
- add remaining ingredients
- bring to boil
- reduce heat + simmer 45 - 60 mins
