Coffee and Cream Brownies

Ingredients
- 3oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp via (dry ; starbucks instant coffee)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 19.8 oz family size brownie mix
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Directions
- pre heat oven to 350F
- combine cream cheese and butter (blend thoroughly)
- add sugar and blend until light and fluffy
- beat in 1 egg and vanilla
- stir in flour
- mix well and set aside
- in medium bowl dissolve coffee in water
- add brownie mix, remaining eggs and oil
- blend well
- pour 1/2 of batter into 9x13 inch baking pan
- drop cream cheese mixture by heaping spoonfuls over brownie batter
- pour remaining batter over cheese mixture
- swirl with knife to create a marbled effect
- bake @ 350F for 25 - 36 mins
