Coffee and Cream Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp via (dry ; starbucks instant coffee)
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 19.8 oz family size brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Directions

  1. pre heat oven to 350F
  2. combine cream cheese and butter (blend thoroughly)
  3. add sugar and blend until light and fluffy
  4. beat in 1 egg and vanilla
  5. stir in flour
  6. mix well and set aside
  7. in medium bowl dissolve coffee in water
  8. add brownie mix, remaining eggs and oil
  9. blend well
  10. pour 1/2 of batter into 9x13 inch baking pan
  11. drop cream cheese mixture by heaping spoonfuls over brownie batter
  12. pour remaining batter over cheese mixture
  13. swirl with knife to create a marbled effect
  14. bake @ 350F for 25 - 36 mins
