"Fish" and "Chicken" Piccata Sauce (Lemon Caper)

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons capers
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

1. add capers, wine, lemon juice to pan on medium high heat
2. heat until liquid reduced by half
3. stir in butter
4. season with salt and pepper to taste
