- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
Sift (Separate Bowl)
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp clove
Directions
- combine sift into cream
- use baller/roller for uniform cookies
- roll in sugar if desired
- bake @ 375F for 7 - 8 mins
