Cream (Blend)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg

Sift (Separate Bowl)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp clove

Directions

  1. combine sift into cream
  2. use baller/roller for uniform cookies
  3. roll in sugar if desired
  4. bake @ 375F for 7 - 8 mins

  • these cookies expand
  • bake on parchment paper
