Ingredients
- 1 lbs red meat
- Potato (large chunks)
- Carrot (large chunks)
- Parsnip (large chunks)
- Squash (large chunks)
- Mushroom (halved)
- 2-4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 cups broth (beef)
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon WorcestershireNote 1
- 1.5 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Set to sautee and wait for pan to get warm
- Add Olive Oil for browning meat
- Brown meat
- Sautee garlic with meat briefly once meat is lightly browned
- Deglaze pan
- Add spices
- Mix well and ensure the spices are mostly even through liquid
- Add all veggies
- Change to meat/stew setting
- 35 minutes high pressure
- 10 minute natural release
- Quick release rest
- Eat

- Used decent Pinot Noir
- Doubled Worcestershire sauce for more bite
