Name: KemoNine's Berry Sauce
Ingredients: 2 cups berries; 1/4 cup honey OR agave nectar; 1 tbsp corn starch OR 2 tbsp arrow root starch; 3/4 cup water (divided into 1/2 and 1/4); citrus zest; 1/2 tbsp citrus juice

Ingredients

2 cups berries
1/4 cup honey OR agave nectar
1 tbsp corn starch OR 2 tbsp arrow root starch
3/4 cup water (divided into 1/2 and 1/4)
citrus zest
1/2 tbsp citrus juice

Directions

Place berries + 1/2 cup water + sweetener + citrus juice + citrus zest in pot
Bring to boil
Remove from heat
Mix starch into 1/4 cup water to create a slurry
Add starch slurry to mixture
Stir gently until sauce has thickened enough to coat back of spoon
Chill

Notes

You should be able to use any berry + citrus some recommendations:
- Blueberry + Lemon
- Raspberry + Lime
You can use 1/2 cup white sugar instead of honey or agave nectar
This freezes good and keeps awhile in the fridge
