Mozzarella Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 12oz chicken breasts

Directions

1. pre heat oven to 425F
2. mix panko, oregano, paprika, mozzarella in a bowl
3. lightly oil baking sheet with olive oil
4. season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them on the baking sheet
5. add layer of crust mix to each chicken breast ; use a lot
6. gently press crust down onto chicken
7. bake ~20 mins
