Ingredients
- 1/4oz thyme leaves (to taste)
- 4oz button mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- chicken stock concentrate
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Directions
- thinly slice mushroom
- heat pan on medium heat
- add thyme and garlic to pan
- cook until fragrant ; ~30 seconds
- add mushrooms
- toss until browned ; ~5-6 mins
- add 1/2 cup water and stock concentrate to the pan
- bring to simmer for 2-3 minutes ; until reduced by half
- remove from heat
- stir in sour cream and mustard
