Simple Pesto Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

• 16oz ground turkey
• 6oz / 2 tbsp pesto
• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions

1. mix ingredients in bowl with salt and pepper to taste until just combined
2. shape into golf ball sized balls and place on lightly oiled baking sheet
3. bake @ 425F for ~12-15 mins
