Ingredients: Red beans; onions; garlic; low salt slap ya mama OR saltless tony's salt; smokey paprika; faux beef stock

Directions

Soak red beans overnight
In big dutch oven cut up a lot of onions and garlic
Add seasonings
Once the onions are see through add the beans, I like to use faux beef stock

Notes

The trick is seasoning it throughout and make sure that the pepper burns the back of your mouth and there’s a smokiness in it
