Riley's Baked Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

• 4 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 4oz cream cheese
• penne pasta
• 1/2 onion, chopped small
• 2 tbsp flour
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 1 cup shredded pepperjack
• 1 cup shredded white cheddar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1 cup italian breadcrumbs^{Note 1Note 2}

Directions

1. add heavy cream & cream cheese to pot and simmer
2. add butter to sauce pan & sautee onion + garlic with flour
3. add heavy cream mixture, cheeses and seasonings
4. add pasta
5. add turmeric
6. pour half of pasta into 13x9 and layer with cheese
7. pour rest of pasta on top and add cheese + breadcrumbs
8. spray top with cooking oil
9. bake @ 350 for 25 mins
