Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (medium pack)
  • 2-3 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

  1. put sugar in bowl
  2. melt butter into sugar in microwave
  3. stir into paste (add butter/sugar if needed to make a very stiff paste)
  4. spoon on top of fish ~5 mins prior to end of fish bake time
