Simple Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste
• 1 1/2 ounces mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. mince garlic and sprinkle over 1/4 teaspoon salt
2. using a large knife carefully scrape over mixture at 45 degree angle, pressing down
3. repeat until garlic is broken down and a paste forms
4. in a bowl whisk together remaining ingredients and garlic paste
5. season with salt and pepper to taste
