Ingredients

• cubed to size of corned beef hash and other potato hashes
• sunflower / canola / olive oil
• paprika
• cumin
• white pepper
• fresh ground pepper
• salt

Directions

1. non stick pan
2. blacken lightly @ end
3. ~45-60 mins until soft
