Ingredients
- 4 eggs, stirred
- 6 tbsp flour - almost 1/2 cup
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 lbs (32 oz) cream cheese
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 10-20oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed + drained)
Directions
- mix ingredients well in a large bowl
- transfer mix to 9x13 inch pan
- Bake @ 350F for 1 hour
