Spinach Souffle

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, stirred
  • 6 tbsp flour - almost 1/2 cup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 lbs (32 oz) cream cheese
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 10-20oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed + drained)

Directions

  1. mix ingredients well in a large bowl
  2. transfer mix to 9x13 inch pan
  3. Bake @ 350F for 1 hour
