Ingredients
- 4oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 lbs lean, ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large egg, lightly whisked
- 2oz feta, crumbled
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- sauté spinach on med heat until wilted
- combine dry ingredients
- mix everything into dry ingredients
- form meatballs (~1 tbsp mix per ball)
- cook in skillet ~6-8 minutes
