"Steak" butter (half batch)

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick butter
• 3/4 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 clove garlic
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
• 3/4 tbsp basil
• 3/4 tbsp oregano
• 3/4 tbsp rosemary
• 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. mix
2. roll into tube in plastic wrap
3. Chill till firm
4. Serve
