Stove Top Popcorn

Ingredients

• red popcorn kernels (or white or anything but yellow)
• sunflower oil
• medium ground salt
• ancho chili powder (optional)

Directions

1. medium heat pot
2. 1 kernel thick layer of kernels on bottom of pot
3. oil to coat all lightly
4. cover
5. pop until ~1s between pops
6. put in bowl
7. medium coarse salt dusting
8. ancho chili powder dusting
9. drizzle with sunflower oil (like you would melted butter)
10. toss to blend
