Taco Seasoning (M. Riley)

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin or coriander
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Use with 1 lbs red meat
2. Mix with 1 tbsp tomato paste and 3/4 cups water in pan with cooked meat
3. Simmer ~10 minutes until water evaporates fully
