Tuna Salad

Ingredients

• 1 can tuna
• 1 tbsp mayo (or more)
• 1 tbsp dill relish (non sweet)
• red wine or balsamic vinegar to taste (start with “just a splash”)
• fenugreek to taste
• garlic powder to taste
• onion powder to taste
• fresh cracked pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup quinoa (dry), cooked and cooled (optional)
• 1/4 cup shredded jack cheese (optional, can be other cheese and different quantity)
• sliced or diced carrot (optional)
• sliced or diced celery (optional)

Directions

1. Mix in bowl
