Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 3T melted butter/marg
  • 2 whole boned, skinned breasts
  • 1.5C saltine coarse crumbs
  • 0.25C parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 package dry ranch dressing mix

Directions

  • Cut and dip chicken into melted butter
  • Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and ranch dressing in a bax (toss to combine)
  • Place few pieces at time chicken & shake to coat
  • Single layer coated pieces on lightly greated cookie sheet
  • 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-9 minutes or until golden

Notaes

  • Do NOT use more than 1/2 a packet of Ranch seasoning, it will be salty with >1/2 pack
