Candied Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes

1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp butter
Directions
-
boil potatoes until knife test tender
-
peel skin off potato
-
slice potatoes
-
add brown sugar and butter to pan and combine
-
heat until the mixture changes consistency (~5 mins ; foamy/frosty)
-
add sweet potato slices to mixture
-
cook until brown on side
-
flip and cook until brown on reverse side
-
done
