  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • add capers, wine, lemon juice to pan on medium high heat
  • heat until liquid reduced by half
  • stir in butter
  • season with salt and pepper to taste
