Ingredients

  • bacon

Directions

  • Foil line a baking sheet that has a lip
  • Layout the bacon so there is no overlap – the sides can touch
  • Place pan in cold oven. Do NOT pre heat
  • Set oven to 400F
  • Bake 15-30 mins
  • Check at 15 & 20
  • If past 20 mins, check every few minutes. Bacon will go from ‘close’ to ‘done’ within a few minutes
